Failed and blocked generations
Credits for generations that fail, that the safety system refuses, or that you cancel before they finish are returned to your balance automatically.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact us from the email address on your account.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used its credits, contact us within 7 days.
