These terms govern your use of GetGPTImage, an online service for generating and editing images with AI models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

## Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

## Acceptable use

Do not use GetGPTImage to create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or impersonates real people without consent, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Our model provider's safety system may refuse requests, and we may refuse, remove or report content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

## Where the service is available

You may use GetGPTImage only where our model providers offer their services. Do not use it from countries or regions that OpenAI does not support.

## Your content

You keep the rights you have in your uploads. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes.

AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.

## Credits and payments

Generations are paid with credits. New accounts start with no credits, and prices in credits are shown before you generate. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.

## Independence

GetGPTImage is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI.

## Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can close your account at any time.
